By accessing or using the CodiHaus website, services, or any applications made available by CodiHaus (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

Note: Work product created specifically for clients under service agreements is governed by those agreements, which typically transfer ownership to the client upon payment.
User Content
You may submit content through our Services ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the right to submit the User Content
- Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights
- Your User Content complies with all applicable laws
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services
- Engage in any form of automated data collection without permission

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CODIHAUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CodiHaus, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your access to or use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your User Content
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
