From rider’s perspective, we need to evaluate how they will use the website, when will they need the portal, from that we would suggest to project owner (Hieu, in this case) what should we do.
We listen, and provide feedback, we’re more than an agency, we do what best for our customers.

Max loading speed, both mobile and desktop
Beside the functions that must have, we need to optimize every single query to database, to make the website load as fast as possible, because rider’s usually use unstable network, so the website must be at top-notch speed all the time.
